Our team of Stewards consist of RN's, LPN's, Medical Assistants, FL state Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides. They are all trained in Alzheimer's, dementia care, and are CPR certified.

Giovanna Rodriguez, Ph.D./CEO

Giovanna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gifted Stewards. Her vision for the company was inspired by her Christian principles, faith, and personal experience caring for aging parents, advocating for veterans, and helping clients and loved ones navigate the challenges associated with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Her unique knowledge and skill set are the result of 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry working in various settings including hospitals, psychiatric centers, home health companies, and senior living communities. Giovanna has been instrumental in building numerous well-known senior living communities throughout Florida, Georgia, and Texas. She has helped lead start-ups from the ground up and transform them into fully occupied and thriving senior living communities.

Additionally, Giovanna's expertise in sales and marketing, consulting, event planning, account management, and team building, combined with her education, passion and integrity, have made her a sought-after professional in the senior living industry. Her compassionate approach has positively impacted hundreds of clients, families, and community partners, leading her to establish Gifted Stewards as a legacy.

Marilyn Soto, Director of Stewards

With over 45 years of healthcare experience, Marilyn has worked extensively in hospital settings, particularly within the Cancer Institute under Radiation Oncology, Neurosurgery, and Hematology/Oncology, among other specialties. She also led international marketing initiatives, traveling to various Caribbean nations to connect patients who lacked access to advanced medical treatments in their home countries with specialized multidisciplinary teams at the hospital for comprehensive care options.

In addition, Marilyn managed primary care practices serving both adults and children. After many years in the hospital system, she transitioned into home care services upon recognizing the growing need for compassionate, high-quality care within the comfort and dignity of one’s home. Her mission is to ensure every client receives exceptional care that supports their well-being and quality of life..
